Shipping Policy
NZM-Labs dispatches research-grade compounds to research organisations across
the EU. Orders are sent in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Typical delivery
takes 3–5 working days; product-specific storage requirements apply after
delivery.
Processing and transit
- Dispatch: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of a cleared order.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days across the EU via Packeta, tracked.
Shipping costs
- Standard EU delivery: €14.90, or free on orders of €250 or more.
Costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. If you have not
received tracking within two working days of your order confirmation, contact
us via our contact page.
Customs and import
Shipments within the EU move freely. Orders delivered outside the dispatch
country may be subject to local import handling, and research compounds can
be selected for routine customs inspection. The recipient research
organisation is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or
documentation required in the destination country.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Report a lost, delayed, or damaged parcel within 7 days of the expected
delivery date, quoting your order and lot number. Packeta delivery estimates are indicative. NZM-Labs remains responsible
for the shipment until it is delivered, except where a delivery problem results
from incorrect details supplied at checkout. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, see
our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Dispatch location
Orders are fulfilled from our warehousing facility in the Czech Republic. The warehouse address is not a customer returns address. Please contact [email protected] before sending any return.
