Partner Programme Terms
These Partner Programme Terms supplement the NZM-Labs Terms of Service and apply to every applicant and approved partner. By applying, accessing the Affiliate Portal or using an NZM referral link or code, the partner agrees to these terms.
1. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. NZM-Labs may accept, reject, request further information from, suspend or remove an applicant or partner at its discretion. Referral links, coupon codes and commission eligibility begin only after written approval.
2. Commission rates and progression
Approved partners begin at a 10% commission rate unless a different rate is confirmed in writing. Higher rates may be unlocked for future eligible referrals through validated performance, referral quality, sustained volume and compliant promotion. Rate changes are not retroactive. Individual strategic terms must be confirmed in writing by NZM-Labs.
3. Eligible referrals
An eligible referral is a completed, genuine order attributed by NZM-Labs systems to an approved partner using an authorised referral link or coupon. Commission is calculated on eligible net product revenue after discounts and excludes tax, shipping, refunded amounts, chargebacks, cancellations and rejected or fraudulent orders. NZM-Labs records determine attribution where links, coupons or claims conflict.
4. Tracking and validation
The standard referral-cookie period is 30 days. A commission remains subject to a 30-day validation period and may be rejected if the underlying order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, duplicated, self-referred or otherwise ineligible. Browser settings, consent choices and deleted cookies can affect tracking.
5. Payouts
Validated balances are reviewed for payment monthly using the payment method agreed with the partner. The standard minimum payout balance is EUR 100. Balances below the threshold roll forward. Partners are responsible for supplying accurate payment and tax information and for any taxes, fees or reporting obligations arising from their earnings.
6. Approved promotion
Partners may promote NZM-Labs only through the websites, publications, social accounts, communities or other channels disclosed in their application and approved by NZM-Labs. New channels, paid campaigns, agencies or subcontracted affiliates require prior written approval.
7. Prohibited activity
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false identities, fabricated orders or coordinated referral abuse.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, adware, browser extensions or other traffic that lacks genuine user intent.
- Publishing codes on coupon directories, deal sites or unapproved closed groups.
- Bidding on NZM-Labs brand terms, misspellings, product URLs or trademarks in paid search without written approval.
- Unsolicited email, direct-message spam, automated messaging or promotion that breaches platform rules or applicable law.
- False, misleading or unsupported scientific, medical, therapeutic, safety or performance claims.
- Promotion for human or animal consumption, self-administration, clinical use or any purpose inconsistent with NZM-Labs research-use-only positioning.
- Targeting minors, prohibited jurisdictions or audiences outside the approved partner profile.
- Presenting the partner as an employee, agent, distributor or authorised spokesperson for NZM-Labs.
8. Advertising disclosure
Partners must clearly and prominently disclose the commercial nature of each affiliate communication in the language of the communication and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and platform rules. A profile disclosure or generic reference to a partnership is not sufficient where an individual communication requires disclosure.
9. Brand and content standards
NZM-Labs names, marks, product images, certificates and creative materials may be used only as supplied or approved and only for programme activity. Partners may not alter analytical documents, imply endorsement of unapproved claims, register confusing domains or social handles, or create materials that could damage the brand or mislead an audience.
10. Monitoring, suspension and termination
NZM-Labs may monitor traffic sources and promotional content, request supporting information, flag or reject referrals, withhold disputed commissions and suspend access while reviewing possible abuse. Serious or repeated breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid ineligible commissions. Either party may end the relationship at any time; approved obligations accrued before termination remain subject to validation.
11. Privacy and general terms
Applicant and partner information is processed to administer, secure and evaluate the programme. The NZM-Labs Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Where these Partner Programme Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on programme-specific matters, these Partner Programme Terms govern. NZM-Labs may update the programme and these terms by publishing a revised version or notifying active partners.
